N2 - The article1 to which this Erratum refers was published in Journal of Medical Virology 95(9):e29108 (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.1002/jmv.29108). Figure 3 has been corrected as follows: nucleotide sequencing information for five samples were presented, however, only four should have been included: (1) (pOka) REF, (2) VarilRix, (3) OKA/SK vaccine, and (4) the Patient. This was because during the cropping of the chromatogram images, data from another patient who was not mentioned in this manuscript was included. Furthermore, the base pair for SNP32626 in both OKA/SK vaccine and the Patient was “C,” as shown on Table 3, as well as the heatmap on Figure 3. Therefore, the chromatogram peak color should have been blue for both OKA/SK vaccine and the patient. However, due to technical error, the patient's peak color was misrepresented in green. The error was corrected (the entire sequence of SNP32626 from the patient is presented in the Figure S1, and the original chromatograms that were used to make Figure 3 are presented in Figure S2. Finally, the heatmap color key of Figure 3 was replaced from one color shade depicting a certain range of percentages to a gradual color gradient change to reflect the actual percentages of the base pairs at each SNP. 3 Figure (Figure presented.) Comparison of the peak percentage of base pairs at each SNP for the viral DNA isolated from a vOKA vaccine (Varilrix, GlaxoSmithKline), the OKA/SK strain vaccine which the patient received, and the viral DNA isolated from the patient's blood. The authors apologize for this error.
