Abstract

The O-arm navigation-guided endoscopic cervical laminoforaminotomy is one of the cutting-edge spine surgeries that ensures improved accuracy and safety for patients. The authors have advanced the posterior endoscopic techniques and adopted the use of intraoperative O-arm navigation, ensuring the decompression of neural elements while preserving the cervical motion. The chapter presents an overview of the procedure, principles, step-by-step technique, and pearls and pitfalls of such a surgery.
