Abstract
Papillary thyroid carcinoma with nodular fasciitis- like stroma (PTC-NFS) is an extremely rare variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma characterized by prominent stromal cell proliferation. To our knowledge, sonographic findings of PTS-NFS have not been reported. Here, we report a case of PTC-NFS that presented as a homogenous and hypoechoic mass in the peripheral portion of the left thyroid gland on sonography in a 35-year-old pregnant woman.
